I have 2 cards to share today...
Each created with one of the 2 corner floral stamps
that are part of the CORNER FLOWERS stamp set...
and they're very different from one another!
Those of you who love to ink will love the first card I think...
and I'm thinking that
Those of you who love to color with alcohol markers
and prefer a crisp clean CAS look...will love the second card.

I created the first card by stamping the corner floral image
over a blended inked background that I created with a few Distress Oxide ink colors
that were spritzed with water to bring out their reactive qualities

I added color (also Distress Oxide ink) to the image as well..

to use for the sentiment piece.
Next I inked 2 more pieces of card stock with a green toned ink...
..one large and one small.
One for the largest mat layer
and...one to mat the sentiment piece.
When all of the pieces were inked and spritzed and cut to size...
I assembled the card
I added 2 very narrow black mat layers

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this look

that allow me the opportunity to do some ink blending
and create cards like this one.
For the second card...
I stamped the other corner floral image from the stamp set
I stamped the other corner floral image from the stamp set
in the lower corner of what would become the card font,
I colored the image with Copic markers
and added a sentiment from Blue Knight's BIRTHDAY WISHES stamp set.
I chose an orange toned print with tiny dots as the largest mat layer.
Next...I matted the image piece with green metallic card stock
