Today...I am sharing the same image...
with full on color.
I'm happy to share this card with you today
so that you can see the versatility of this stamp.
It;s a great stamp to color wash
(as i showed you yesterday and the day before)
and is also a great image to color as I've done with today's card.
I used Polychromos Pencils to color the image...
adding its of colors on the varied blooms of the image.
I chose a floral print
and shimmery purple LCI metallic card stock for all of the matting layers.
The print matting layer is a very busy print..
but it worked well with this stamped and colored image
(I'm actually very happy with the print layer and how it looks on this card)
As I always do what larger layers...
I used fun foam for a sturdy lift when positioning the image layer
I chose not to add a sentiment...which allows me to use the card for all occasions.
The large set of 150 Polychromos offered enough colors for me
achieve the look that I wanted with this Botanical Background image.
I had plenty of colors to work with...blend..and create blooms that looked as I'd imagined them to be
when I first envisioned this card in my mind.
I'll be back tomorrow with one final look at another way to create cards with this fantastic stamp.
So..be sure to stop by tomorrow... to see what I've got up my sleeve next
for Brutus Monroe's Botanical background!
Thanks for visiting!
Have a terrific Tuesday!
Michelle.
