Day #3...Catherine Scanlon Designs Week...New Stamp Release and a Daily Giveaway

Hello my crafty and creative friends!
Welcome back to Day #3 of Catherine Scanlon Week...here at my blog!

I've got a few cards to share with you today..
created with another Catherine Scanlon Designs NEW Release stamp set!

But first...
A reminder..
If you have a USA mailing address...don't forget to post a comment below
so that you'll be in one today's giveaway.
(All of this week's giveaway winners will be announced here at the blog on Saturday)

Now...back to card talk!
I created all of today's cards with the new and very wonderful Lilies Frame stamp set.
(You can find the stamp set HERE...at the ART GONE WILD web site)
You can also see Catherine Scanlon's creativity and current projects
at her INSTAGRAM page...HERE

Each of today's cards are similar...but different.
I've used LCI metallic card stock for matting on all of the cards.
Some were heat embossed.
Coloring was done a few different ways
with Polychromos Pencils... Luminarte Twinkling H2O's and Copics
I used the sentiments that are part of the stamp set
Each of the  matted images was positioned with fun foam...for added lift and dimension.

And now...
The cards!

This version was created with kraft colored card stock.
I stamped the image with Versamark ink...
then heat embossed the image with Sparkle n Sprinkle Opaque White Embossing powder
and colored the image with Faber Castell Polychromos Pencils

Next...
I chose to create a topic colored card.
I've the depth of color on this card against the white background.

For the 3rd and final card I stamped the image with Versamark Ink...
Then heat embossed the image with Sparkle n Sprinkle Fine Detail Gold  Embossing powder
I got out my Luminarte Twinkling H2O's for "painting".
Thanks to the H2O's..this card has a beautiful soft & shimmery look.

I had to share just one more photo that REALLY shows the embossing and H2O shimmer nicely.

I hope that you've enjoyed today's cards
and I also hope that you may have found a little bit of creative inspiration here at my blog today!
I always enjoy taking one stamped image
and creating a few different card "looks" with it.
The Lilies Frame stamp set gave me a wonderful opportunity to do that!

Thanks for visiting today...
don;t forget to comment below...so that you'll be "in" on today's giveaway!
Have a great day!
Michelle.
