A Friend Is.....

Today I've got a super short blog post...

 I'm sharing a card created with a stamp set called A Friend Is....

by Penny Black.

I chose to color this sweet image with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers.

Background color was added by using Clarity Brushes 

and an assortment of ink pads.

The sentiment is one of the two stamps included in this stamp set.

The image was double matted using metallic card stock and matte card stock...

and was then placed on a white base card.

and...

here's a close-up...
This sentiment and image are a perfect match...
and I'm happy that I chose to create a card with it!

A sweet image + a sweet little sentiment = a very sweet card 

WOW!! 

I think that this is my shortest blog post EVER!
